Well I found out yesterday that I am officially signed up for my FIRST marathon. I am all kinds of nervous, scared and excited. It is called the Veterans Marathon and you can check it out here: http://www.veteransmarathon.com/index.php
I am also running to support the vets. I have kind of taken to running races for charities so that I can do even more good with my running. For every mile that I run people from my area will donate a set amount of money.
I am using marathon rookie for my training.
Its only the first day of a long way for me to go, but I am ready! Feel free to leave any words of encouragement or ideas!
